The day begins with pickup from your hotel in central Alanya; if you stay further along the coast, a transfer can be requested when you book. Roughly seven hours later you are dropped back, salt-crusted and well fed, having covered the famous sweep of shoreline beneath the castle rock in a single voyage.
In between, the ship tracks the coast past Cleopatra Beach, Pirates Cave and Phosphorus Cave, then drops anchor in turquoise coves under the medieval castle walls so everyone can swim or snorkel straight off the boat. The water here shifts through every shade between green and deep blue, and the coves stay calm enough for relaxed swimming.
On deck, the English-speaking animation team keeps a programme running — games, music and the famous foam party — and around midday a fresh-off-the-grill chicken lunch with rice and salad appears. The bar sells cold drinks separately, and maritime insurance is already part of your ticket, so the only thing left to organise is sunscreen.
